Merge branch 'feat/asset-category'
AssetCategory entity: Prisma model+migration (valueGroup enum high_value/low_value), Zod+CRUD, API routes, tests. Verified green by test-runner (164/164 tests, tsc/lint/build clean) before merge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <[email protected]>
