feat: add bot-facing API routes (catalog, areas, employees, asset-models, inventory-scans)

Auth via BOT_INGEST_SECRET bearer header (src/lib/bot-auth.ts), not Auth.js session -- caller is the inventory-capture Telegram bot service, not a browser.
