AssetModel entity: Prisma model+migration, Zod+CRUD (categoryId FK
+ business rule requiring valueGroup=high_value, specs JSONB loosely
validated for now), API routes, tests. Verified green by test-runner
(217/217 tests, tsc/lint/build clean) before merge.
